Victoria County CAP Sites Association Not just access... a world of information and services just around the corner!
Victoria County CAP Sites Association was formed in the fall of 1998 as the umbrella organization for all CAP Sites in Victoria County. VCCAPS helps manage projects and support funds available to the CAP Sites through an Industry Canada Initiative. Currently, 9 CAP Sites throughout the County assist communities and visitors with Internet access, access to information and IT training needs.  Using Online Meetings to connect with co-workers from
across Victoria County is VCCAPS Winter Youth Intern, Samantha Morrison. Youth Education Learning Program (YELP)A Youth Education Learning Program (YELP) is part of VCCAPS’ Winter Project, Community Connection, which is giving 3 area youth an opportunity to gain useful work experience, increase skill development and assist seniors with their computer and technology needs.This program was developed as way to help seniors in our communities learn to use technologies like Social Media as a way to stay in touch with family & friends; learn how to send/receive email & text messages and learn basic computer skills, in a jargon-free & comfortable setting.
