YMCA Youth Exchanges Canada provides Canadian youth with the opportunity to learn from each other, grow to respect different cultures, and develop communication and leadership skills.

NetCorps provides an opportunity to participate in exciting volunteer information and communication technology internships in developing countries.

This Canada-European Community Program promotes student mobility through academic placements in post-secondary institutions in Europe. Student work placement is also possible.

The CECI enables students to spend two months in developing countries working within community groups.

Folklore encourages cultural community groups to travel to another part of Canada to participate in cultural celebrations other than their own and host their twinned groups.

SEVEC helps groups of young Canadians from any province or territory participate in exchanges with youth elsewhere in Canada.

ACCC is involved in a program which places students in developing countries. The students work with their counterparts in technical trades and small businesses.       

CIDA's International Youth Internship Program provides unemployed or underemployed Canadian youth with an opportunity to gain work experience in their field of study in an international development context.
